What is Oral Surgery?
Oral surgery encompasses the diagnosis and surgical treatment of defects, diseases, and injuries of hard and soft tissues in the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face. While we always prefer to use the least invasive treatment possible for any given dental problem, in some cases oral surgery is needed when less invasive treatment options have proven insufficient.
At Peterborough Dental Clinic, our dentists offer several oral surgery services to help preserve your oral health.
